First with the exercising then with the foooood.

At the gym:

2000 yards in the pool split the same way. I may have done an extra 100 due to craptastic counting but who knows?
Leg Curl working on the hamstrings-  25 lbs 10-15-10
Leg Extender working on the quads- 35 lbs 10-15-10
Leg Press working the whole damn leg- 60 lbs 10-15-10

Food:
Breakfast:
3/4 Cup Kashi Honey Almond Flax-6 g of fat; 150 cal- thinking about buying a different kind and alternating
1 12 oz Diet Coke

Lunch
Diet Coke
Slimfast Optima - 5.3 g of fat; 190 cal <- I was wrong yesterday

Dinner
Noodle Soup- 6g of fat; 540 cal
3 pickles- no fat; 15 cal
1 cup of strawberry no sugar jello- 10 cal

Totals
Fat- 17.3
Cal- 905

I really really wanted Mac 'n Cheese for dinner but I resisted.

I'm down on my H20 at 32 oz but I'll get the rest before I bed I swear!

You're rocking the diet! I'm failing, lol- too much food I know
I won't get for a year! But when I get back to Japan I will also be rocking it.
